Mortgage Calculator
Mortgage calculators are great for helping you work out your finances. This particular mortgage calculator allows you to work out how much your mortgage is likely to cost you each month - both in repayments and in interest. And while some mortgage calculators are complicated and difficult to utilise, ours is simple and easy to use.
The mortgage calculator will tell you the monthly repayments based on:
- The amount you'll be borrowing
- The period you'll be paying it off over
- The interest rate
It also then tells you the difference between the two main types of mortgage - an interest only, or a capital repayment - just so you can get a good idea of the amount you'll be repaying each month. Obviously the amount will vary if your interest rates change further down the line, but at least you've got something to work on… That's what mortgage calculators are for!
